Unfortunately, we are generally not available for weekend consultations as we are often on-site for weddings and events. To get the most out of your first consultation, we suggest sending us any images of ideas and styles you have gathered for your special day, prior to your appointment.

Delivery Information

We deliver fresh flowers and gifts across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. Every arrangement is hand-delivered with care to ensure it arrives looking as beautiful as when it left our studio.

Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery across Brisbane for orders placed before 11:30am Monday to Friday, and before 9am on Saturdays. Orders received after the cut-off will be delivered the following business day unless a future delivery date is selected at checkout.

Please note we deliver Monday to Saturday only. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your suburb. Enter your delivery address to see the exact cost for your location. Fees vary depending on distance from our Woolloongabba boutique.

Pick-Up

Prefer to collect your order? Select in-store pick-up at checkout. Pickup is available 7 days a week from our Woolloongabba boutique. We'll have your arrangement ready at your selected time.

Important Notes

• For business deliveries, flowers will be left with reception if the recipient is unavailable.

• Deliveries are generally made during business hours, however some residential orders may arrive later, with a final cut-off of 6:30pm.

• Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If you have a specific request, please add it to the notes field at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.

• If you require delivery by a specific time, please contact our team before placing your order. A VIP surcharge may apply for timed deliveries. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries arriving after a specified time if no prior contact has been made.

• Peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day book out quickly. We recommend ordering early to secure your preferred delivery date.

• If you have specific delivery instructions, please add them in the notes field at checkout.

• If no one is home, we will leave your flowers in a safe place. If no safe place is available, flowers can be collected from our Woolloongabba shop. Redelivery will incur a cost.
